Have not posted much, really do want to start writting something everyday. My neighbor and I will be going to quilt tomorrow with another friend in IA. We participate in the block of the Month, work on our own projects and then go get the block and get it completed for the next month. Since our friends husband has been very ill we have missed the last month at her house, she said she really would like to have the day to sew with us. We are ready to go and quilt with Gail!

Hope to get to go to the long arm quilter tomorrow evening and get several baby quilts done. I am new at it and need lots of practice. It is something really very enjoyable, feel very lucky to have met someone who rents out time on her machine. She lives very close to me and it is so nice to have the opportunity to spend time on the machine.

New to blogging, but willing to give it a try.

I am new at this and hope you will leave your comments again. I have not seen the one from a friend, but I did go into the settings and changed something in the comment section. Hopefully this will work. Have a great day of quilting or what ever you are doing.

By husband and I went to the Blooms and Quilt Show at St Cecelia Cathedral this afternoon. It was such a beautiful show. The flowers were paired with quilts and both were just wonderful, the florists did have an advantage by seeing the quilts and actually had a good dose of creative juice.
